Beverage Service & Bar Options

Graff 7A Ranch provides all wine and beer beverage service for events held at the Dance Barn. This allows for responsible service and a consistent guest experience. Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Alcohol service is coordinated by our team. Additional fees apply, and licensed security personnel may be required depending on event size and bar selection.

Sample bar package options  are provided to help you plan. Final selections and pricing are confirmed after availability is approved.

Beer & Wine Service

A relaxed, crowd-friendly option ideal for receptions, fundraisers, and business gatherings.
Includes beer selections, house red and white wines, and professional bar service. Available as hosted bar or cash bar.

Full Bar Service

Well suited for evening celebrations and larger events! Graff 7A Ranch is licensed to serve beer and wine only. Events requesting a full-service bar with hard liquor must use an approved outside bar service provider. An additional fee applies for full-service bar coordination and must be arranged in advance as part of the event agreement. Available as a hosted bar, cash bar, or combination (hosted for a set time, then cash).

Good to Know …

A catering and beverage agreement is provided for each event. Final guest count is confirmed two weeks prior to your event to ensure proper preparation and smooth service. A 20% gratuity and 8.25% tax are added unless a tax-exempt form is provided. Pricing is secured once deposits are received.
