Event Types Welcomed
Adult social event, corporate social event, family reunion, weddings & receptions, corporate team building, family gatherings (birthday, anniversary, quinceañera), high school dances, cook-offs, charity events, holiday parties, company picnics, trade shows, fundraising, group dinners or parties, holiday parties.
Our Location
We are about 50 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. Graff 7A Ranch is in the country, so no public transportation is available. Extensive parking is available on site for cars, trucks and buses.
Times of Availability
We can book events on a daily basis from January through the first week in September. During our Fall Maze, we book events Monday through Thursday only. After the Maze closes, we book events from late November through December. Specific dates for our agritourism season will vary; poke around on our website for info on the super-fun Fall season, folks!
Facility Capacity
The Dance Barn (boasting about 10,000 square feet) may be configured in an array of seating arrangements with varying capacity (50 – 300+). Seating may be modified to accommodate dancing and entertainment. The acreage around the Barn includes attractions, and seasonal amenities that can accommodate an overflow of guests, as well.
Fee Range
Weekday rentals start at $1250, and weekend rentals at $3000. Fee includes exclusive one-day access to the Dance Barn, with seating configuration, set-up and breakdown handled by the Graff 7A Ranch team. Extra fees are applicable for any staffed attractions you may want to include. Reach out to us through the contact form for a custom quote made for your event.
Catering & Beverages
Catering and beverage service are part of the Dance Barn experience! We will handle food and drinks in-house and keep your event flowing smoothly. All meals are prepared fresh and served by our team — you can be with your guests while we handle the details. Food and drink options work for receptions, business gatherings and community events alike.
Technology Available
We have WiFi access! There are four large screen televisions, and a microphone set-up. We also have a full band sound system available. Some of the technology items are for an extra fee.
Our Amenities are Unique!
Activities available year-around: MatterCorn Slide Mountain, Cowboy Ken’s Kiddie Korral, Expression Swings, Hula Corral. During our Fall Maze, activities are available as listed seasonally here on our website. Additional fee activities in the Maze’s off season are: Ziplines, barrel train, Tres-Tobbagans, hayrides, and fire pits. Additionally, there are permanent restroom facilities, baby changing areas, private dressing areas and more.
